Special Guest, Erin Smalley

Erin Smalley earned a bachelor degree in nursing at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. She worked as a labor and delivery nurse for 8 years prior to going back to school for a masters degree in clinical psychology at Evangel University in Springfield, MO.

Erin enjoys speaking at women’s conferences, encouraging women to live in Christ’s freedom. She is especially passionate about motivating women to invest in healthy friendships and relationships. She has enjoyed working with her husband, Dr. Greg Smalley, doing marriage intensives and speaking at marriage enrichment seminars for years. Together the Smalley’s encourage couples toward developing a deeply satisfying marriage.

Erin has published numerous articles for magazines and is also a regular guest on the Focus on the Family daily radio broadcast. She is the co-author of several books which include:

Currently Erin works alongside her husband at Focus on the Family in Colorado Springs, CO, where her family makes their home. Some of Erin’s favorite hobbies include exercising, reading, hanging out with her family, and bargain shopping. She has been blessed as a biological and adoptive mom of four great children—Taylor (22), Murphy (19), Garrison (15), and Annie (9). Erin says that her three girls have especially blessed her by allowing her to learn alongside them about female friendships..

Grand Hotel 2020 Room Rate is not yet available. For reference, Grand Hotel 2019 Room Rate for Memories on Mackinac was $204.00 plus taxes per person daily based on adult double occupancy.

  • Additional guests 18 years of age and over, $149.00 daily, per person.
  • Additional guests 10 through 17 years of age, $65.00 daily, per person.
  • Additional guests 9 years of age and under, no charge, except for luggage charge.

Grand Hotel operates on the Modified American Plan. This means that your daily rate includes breakfast and dinner. You will reserve your room directly with Grand Hotel with a special form by email, fax or postal mail after you register for the event. A link to the room reservation form will be included on your confirmation email.

Please note: All attendees to Memories on Mackinac are strongly encouraged to book their hotel reservations at Grand Hotel, as all meals, as well as the special Welcome Reception, are included with our special daily rate.

Attendees not staying at Grand Hotel will be required to pay the hotel’s daily admission fee ($10 per person, per day) in order to access all sessions.
